FrameMaker 4 can be run off this CD, or from your hard disk.
To launch FrameMaker, simply double click on the FrameMaker 4 icon.
To install to your hard disk, copy the FrameMaker folder to your hard disk, and then double click the FrameMaker 4 icon.
For best results, use FrameMaker on a Power Macintosh with at least 16 megabytes of RAM. To use FrameMaker on a Power Macintosh with 8 megabytes of RAM, do one of the following:
• Use the Memory Control Panel to turn on Virtual Memory. Set the Total Memory to at least 16 megabytes.
• Use the Startup Disk Control Panel to set the Power Macintosh CD as your startup disk. Shut down your Macintosh, insert the Power Macintosh CD into your CD-ROM drive, and turn on your Macintosh. Then start FrameMaker by double-clicking its icon on the CD.
